The Eagles finished third with 123 points behind the conference champions from Ashe County (168.5) and runner-up Forbush (148). The other teams finished in the following order: North Surry fourth (111), North Wilkes fifth (103), Surry Central sixth (99), and West Wilkes seventh (53).

Eight Eagle wrestlers placed in the tournament. Clark Bracken (152), Adam Ball (160), and Nate Pickard (171) finished in first place to win conference championships in their classes. Allan Strickler (140) earned second place. Daniel Johnson (135) and Robby Edmiston (189) picked up third place honors, and Charlie Garrett (145) and William Farmer (275) were fourth place finishers for Wilkes Central.
